Summary

This Privacy Notice tells you how we use your personal information when you engage with us. This includes how we collect, use and share your information where appropriate. This may be when visiting our website (fluidity.it) or by communicating with us (“Fluidity”, meaning Fluidity IT Ltd, UK company number 08373485) by other means.

This information is provided under our Customer Personal Data Policy and Customer Information Security Policy, and is not detailed here as this is not public information. Please ask us for this information if you are a customer.

For the purposes of delivering our services, we may share your Personal Information with third parties. For example, we use a number of online tools to manage our services, which our customers are welcome to receive further information regarding.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, please note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you place an order with us), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States, but always in keeping with the requirements of the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018.

Data Retention

When you communicate or request products or services from us, we will maintain your Contact Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, or identify that we no longer have any need to maintain this information for any expected purpose or legal reason. If you request for us to delete information we hold relating to you but we identify other legal reasons why we are required to keep it, your data will not be deleted.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
