The friendly face of IT
Based in Brighton, we build great relationships with small businesses to help them thrive on the technology they use day by day while keeping them secure and compliant.
We have substantial experience supporting various organisations, each with their own unique challenges. These include tech companies with compliance obligations for key customers, digital media and creative businesses with storage and backup challenges, as well as working with some educational customers with their music and media systems.
Managed IT Services
Whether you’re technical users or not, we thrive on getting to know your organisation and looking after things to keep you working smoothly. Not only that, but our goal is to help you enjoy your work and to enhance collaboration. Our service design is refreshingly relational.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
Key to any organisation is the availability and security of their information systems. If the worst happens, will you be down and out for a moment, a month or forever? Or, what if you lose that one important file, do you have the peace of mind to know how quickly you can get it back? We provide ongoing business continuity and disaster recovery services to minimise risk and protect your organisation from tiny to big disasters.
Cyber Security & Compliance
Keeping your business secure or meeting legal and compliance obligations such as the GDPR or Cyber Essentials can be a mission. Even Cyber Insurance requires you to take certain actions to be cover yourselves.
We can help manage your compliance and cyber security or run projects to help you achieve your obligations. In a world of constantly evolving threats we can equip your team with the confidence to be Cyber-Aware.
Cloud Services & Migrations
Training, Self-Service & Cyber-Awareness
Training both technical and non-technical staff helps with many challenges in any business. This can help inform your teams regarding cyber risk, as well as equip them to solve their own problems.
We deliver training on various topics including how to manage your systems, supporting Macs in Windows environments, GDPR and compliance for your whole team, and how to be cyber-awareness.
Why are we rebranding?
Since we started providing IT services in 2013 we’ve been operating under the Invona brand. The plan was always for Invona to represent our values and culture, not what we do.
In 2016 we created Fluidity, a brand that describes what we want to deliver through technology for organisations. In 2017 we began offering web services as Fluidity. Now, in 2020, we believe it’s time to move all of our operations under the Fluidity brand and embrace the exciting new message we’re buzzing with.
In time we hope Invona will take on a new identity based on the values and culture we’re building with, whatever we do.
