Because we’re committed to providing a friendly service, we don’t tie people into long term contracts. The majority of our agreements are based on pre-purchased time recurring monthly. If you are interested in a more formal agreement, we’re happy to talk.
We trust you’ll be happy to keep paying monthly, and in return we provide a healthy discount and can provide pro-active monitoring, documentation, emergency visits, and disaster management as desired.
However, if you would like a more traditional support contract with guaranteed service level agreements or have other specific requirements, please contact us as we understand that this is often needed.
